Hi Arjun, Sean's come back with how he'd like the run to sit. Sending it over now so you've got it while you're working on the theatres - nothing needed back before you're ready. His shape: - Fly into Calgary on the Wednesday - Calgary club Thursday to Saturday, door split, at the Blackfoot Inn - Stay on in Calgary until the Vancouver flight - Lower Mainland theatre run Tuesday through to Sunday - A second week the same if the venues come together - Three weeks is the outside limit, and shorter is better if it can be done - Edmonton would be a different promoter, so optional rather than part of this - Hotels organised your end for the run On the pair you asked about, both work for us. If the Vancouver week runs Tuesday 27 April through to Sunday 2 May, then 30 April and 1 May are the Friday and Saturday, and 1 and 2 May are the Saturday and Sunday. What's behind it

Arjun's question is answered, and it turns out not to be a problem at all. He asked for either 30 Apr + 1 May or 1 + 2 May. Checked against the calendar: 1 May 2027 is a Saturday, so his first pair is Friday+Saturday and his second is Saturday+Sunday. Both sit inside the Tuesday-to-Sunday Vancouver week Sean described. Either works — he can take whichever theatre confirms.

⚠ One thing to settle before this goes, and it is yours not mine.
You told Arjun Sean is "clear from the last week of April through May." But Sean's own running order puts Calgary first, Thursday to Saturday — and with the BC week starting Tue 27 April, Calgary lands Thu 22 – Sat 24 April. That is the week before the window you gave him.

Three ways out, all yours to pick:
• Move Sean's start back a few days to about 20 April, and everything else holds as he wrote it.
• Flip the order — BC first (Arjun's hold intact), Calgary after, around Thu 6 – Sat 8 May. Fits your window exactly, and arguably routes better: in to Vancouver, out of Calgary, no doubling back.
• Leave it — say nothing now, let Arjun pencil the Vancouver dates, and fix the Calgary end when it is real.

The draft above takes the third option — it gives him the shape and answers his question without re-opening the availability you already stated. Nothing in it commits us to a Calgary date.

Deliberately not in the mail: any money, any venue count, any commitment on the second BC week. He said himself he wants dates and venues settled before economics, and this respects that. It also does not chase him — he asked to circle back in about a month and that is left alone.

⚠ Worth a diary mark: the 218-seat theatre is only a tentative hold, and on his own timetable it now sits untouched until around 12 September. This mail keeps us visible without pushing.
